EXPERIENCED BALLET REHEARSAL DIRECTOR
We are currently considering Atlanta and Charleston as potential rehearsal bases. The final rehearsal city and studio have not yet been confirmed. Casting will be limited to dancers based in the selected city or its surrounding area who can attend rehearsals locally. We are currently accepting submissions from both markets while the location is being finalized. Applicants will be informed of the confirmed rehearsal location before offers are made.

What we are looking for:
An organized, proactive ballet leader with experience in:
Self-learning, Teaching, coaching & cleaning choreography.
Leading professional ballet rehearsals.
Managing rehearsal schedules and cast communication.
Maintaining artistic standards across casts.
Collaborating with production and casting teams.
Ideal candidates include Ballet Masters/Mistresses, Rehearsal Directors, or experienced ballet leaders.
Authorized to work in the USA.
Charleston, SC or Atlanta, GA Local.
Pay:
Initial Rehearsal Fee: $1,200
20 hours in-studio
20 hours at home prep
Future Pick-Up Rehearsal Rate: $30 per hour
Rehearsal Information:
Initial Rehearsals: 20 in-studio hours: November 9th - December 11th before initial performance date
Pick-Up Rehearsals: 4–8 hours of pick-up rehearsals will be scheduled in the days leading up to each subsequent performance date.
We will work with cast members' availability to coordinate and finalize the rehearsal schedule.
Performance Dates (must be available for all performances) :
December 12, 2026 – Jacksonville, FL
December 20, 2026 – Atlanta, GA
January 23, 2027 – Atlanta, GA
February 20, 2027 – Jacksonville, FL
More performances to be scheduled in 2027.
